Orders typically ship next day if received by 3pm PST. Standard delivery normally takes 7 to 10 business days
depending on your shipping zone.
Rush delivery is available for certain items. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories require
an additional $10.99 delivery charge. Oversize items require an additional $8.99 delivery charge.

Free shipping is ground service only. Shipping rates and product prices valid until 12/31/10.
All products are returnable for 30 days from the date of purchase provided the products are
in the same condition in which originally received. Opened medical garments.
Please send your package to us via insured and prepaid U.S. Mail or UPS.
Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. Upon verification of the return,
you will be issued a refund for the amount of merchandise minus any applicable restocking fees.

We understand that not every product will fit perfectly and you may need to return or exchange your purchase.
Custom, altered, or special order products cannot be returned. Please note that we will readily accept returns
or exchanges for products in their original condition within 30 days of the scheduled medical procedure date. Altered, damaged,
or stained products will not be accepted.
DMI Medical guarantees all products are free of defects caused by materials or workmanship.
DMI Medical will inspect all products upon return. Refunds or credit will not be issued for
products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or soiled.
To ensure full credit for your product return, please adhere to the following requests:
When trying on a DMI Medical Garments product:
- Please wear a full undergarment, such as pantyhose, when checking for proper fit of a body garment.
- Please avoid using lotions, perfumes, oils, or deodorants that may stain or scent the product.
- Be sure to completely cover incision sites to avoid blood or body fluid from staining the product.
- Please avoid storing the product in areas that are subject to strong odors, such as cigarette smoke,
or allergens, such as pet hair dander.
Return Processing:
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for inspection and processing of your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
